YOGA, MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS FOR ORGANISATIONS
Supporting staff wellbeing, focus and resilience through yoga, meditation and mindfulness-based practices
Workplace Wellbeing
Modern working environments place significant demands on attention, energy and emotional resilience. Practices drawn from yoga, meditation and mindfulness offer practical ways to regulate stress, cultivate clarity and support wellbeing in the midst of busy professional lives.
I work with organisations to offer accessible sessions that introduce these practices in a thoughtful and practical way. Sessions are designed to be inclusive and suitable for people with no previous experience.
Sessions can be delivered in person or online, and may be offered as one-off workshops, short courses or regular sessions as part of a workplace wellbeing programme.
Sessions for Organisations
Workplace Yoga & Movement
Gentle yoga and mindful movement practices designed to support physical ease and mental clarity, particularly for those who spend long hours working at desks or on screens.
Sessions may include:
• simple yoga and mobility practices
• posture awareness for desk-based work
• breathing practices to support energy and focus
• short relaxation practices
Sessions are accessible to all levels and require no previous experience.
Meditation & Mindfulness
These sessions introduce simple meditation and mindfulness practices that support calm, clarity and focus within busy working lives.
Participants are guided through practices that cultivate awareness of breath, body and mind, helping them respond more skilfully to stress and pressure.
Meditation sessions can be offered as introductory sessions, guided practice groups or regular weekly sessions.
Regular Workplace Meditation Sessions
Short guided meditation sessions can be offered as a regular part of a workplace wellbeing programme.
Typically lasting 20–30 minutes, these sessions provide an opportunity for staff to pause during the working day, settle the mind and reconnect with a sense of balance and clarity.
Regular sessions help participants gradually develop a sustainable meditation practice and are accessible to people with no previous experience.
