Ashtanga Yoga Foundation: A 5-week Course

In this course, especially designed for complete beginners to Ashtanga Yoga, you’ll learn sun salutations, the first few poses of the Ashtanga sequence and the fundamentals of the practice. This course is also perfect for anyone wishing to revisit the basics of the practice or for those returning after a break.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: An 8-week Live-streamed Course

6.15pm – 8.15pm
This 8-week course is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the late 1970s. It includes meditation practices, enquiry and discussion on stress management. This course will give you the tools to manage stress and anxiety and enable you to build a regular meditation practice. During the course there is also the opportunity to attend a half-day online retreat on Saturday 28th March 8.30am – 11.30am.
