yoga: private classes

Yoga was traditionally taught one-on-one and this is a great way to develop and deepen your practice. It is also perfect for beginners who are little daunted by attending a class. Classes will be tailored to meet your needs and can draw on yoga āsana, breathwork, meditation, mantra and more.

Whether you want to become fitter or gain mental clarity we would be happy to work with you.

 Classes are available:

• Online
• At your home or place of work

We also have a number of clients who choose to share the lesson with friends, family or work colleagues.  Regardless of the group size the cost remains the same.

Fees:

• £80/hour (online)
• From £95/hour (at your home or place of work)

Appointments can be cancelled without charge as long as you provide us with at least twenty-four hours notice. If cancelled within 24 hours then the client is expected to pay for the class.

  • “I used to attend and loved the yoga classes in Covent Garden before moving overseas. So being able to sign up for the ashtanga basics class online was a wonderful opportunity for me to start yoga practice again. The first session left me totally reenergised and feeling physically and emotionally better. I'm really looking forward to this week's class. Thank you!”

    – Nikki

  • “I cherish every class with them and always come out feeling focused to take on the day ahead. I’ve just taken part in an online class with them and can confirm that, even virtually, the magic is still there - got an awesome practice in!”

    – Cris

  • “Thanks both, that was great! It is wonderful to notice how connected a group can feel using Zoom. The physical distance wasn't noticeable at all (apart from when I fell over in Utthita Hasta!), so I'm up for more sessions. :)”

    – Bente

  • “Following an extremely stressful morning caring for an elderly, very vulnerable mother at this difficult time, it was wonderful to join Joyce’s online restorative class. The guidance, poetry and meditation was so calming and refreshing it has given me renewed strength to face the week ahead.”

    – Margaret
