Bank Holiday Weekend Retreat: Ashtanga Yoga Weekend in the Lake District with Joyce & Marcos
Friday 26 May - Monday 29 May 2017
We love this venue; directly opposite a lake that you can swim in (and then warm up in the sauna and hot tub afterwards), access to breath taking walks, a beautiful yoga space that looks out to the countryside, food that is plentiful, a hop, skip and a jump away from Grasmere and its infamous gingerbread shop, and owners that can't do enough for you.
Maximum 16 people. £400 in a shared room or £475 in a single room. There are 2 single rooms, 7 twin/double rooms. Once it's full it's full! Given that we only have a short time together this retreat is not suitable for complete beginners (the retreat in India would be perfect for you if you are a complete beginner). This weekend tends to sell out so please do book well in advance. To reserve your space you will need to pay a £100 non-refundable deposit, the balance will be due on 1 April. Yoga, meditation, philosophy, food, accommodation and a 55 minute treatment is included in the price. Arrive from 2.30pm (first class is at 5.30pm) and depart at 11.30am/12pm. Please book trains around these timings.
